Fire with an Air

Fire: “We do.” Air: “We conceptualize.”
What you can do (Fire)
- Ask for two options, not a novel: “Just give me two possible scenarios, and I’ll decide.”
- Use their brain to avoid hitting a wall: “Where are we heading straight for a crash if we keep going like this?”
- Interrupt them properly: “Stop, I have enough information to decide. We’ll test this, then we’ll adjust.”
What to avoid (Fire)
- Taking their step back as intentional stalling.
- Refusing any analysis under the pretext of urgency.
- Mocking their diagrams or slides: it’s their language.
