Air with a Fire

Air: “Let’s think about it.” Fire: “We aren’t going to fall asleep either.”
What you can do (Air)
- Structure your message in three sentences “Problem → risk → proposal. That’s it.”
- Protect the team without ridiculing him “If we keep this pace, we’ll lose X in quality. Proposal: we keep your direction, but we cut this and that.”
- Provide clear options “Option 1: fast and risky. Option 2: slower but stable. Which one do you choose?”
What to avoid (Air)
- Contradicting him head-on in front of everyone.
- Launching into a theoretical tunnel when he wants to decide.
- Using irony about his dramatic side.
