Ignoring Cassandra is to expose oneself to blindness. But giving her too much space without discernment can also be a burden.

The challenge is to create spaces where lucid speech is heard without being stifled or sanctified.

The hardest part is silencing the loudmouths. Because it is painful to admit, but we humans, all without exception, even the most conscious ones, are influenced by those who speak loudly and all the time. Whether they are right or not is not the point; they occupy our brains.

To find the balance and the right path, one must make room for all voices. And often, loudmouths have nothing strong about them but their mouths. But oh, the damage they do...

For yes, although chilling, the truth is a valuable aid to avoid running straight into a wall. We must listen to it and enrich our strategy with this additional scenario.

Can we conceive of a company that knows how to listen to its Cassandras, and recognize that knowledge expressed without formatting can be more precious than a formal consensus?

A heard Cassandra can save an empire.

But a humiliated Cassandra ends up, at best, in burnout. At worst, she leaves, and takes with her what no one dared to say.
