Pop Culture — Ronan the Accuser (Guardians of the Galaxy)

Ronan is the archetype of the fanatical accuser: he applies the law without nuance, destroying in the name of a justice that has become personal. He shows what a “Satan” becomes when it no longer has a counterweight: a tyrant.

Marvel depicted him with a large hammer. Did they deliberately want to contrast him with Thor by showing two faces of justice?

In a well-governed enterprise, a healthy accuser acts as a safeguard, not an absolute judge.
