Lucifer in Business: Light or Burn?

Lucifer, in the professional world, is the brilliant but indomitable genius. It is the one who says: “I no longer want to obey, I want to create.” It is the executive who slams the door on an executive committee to start their own company. It is the leader who refuses hierarchy to invent their own method.

He or she can illuminate everything, but also burn it all down.

For Lucifer’s light, if misdirected, becomes incendiary; his fire, vanity; and his lucidity becomes arrogance. And where he could have awakened, he divides and destroys what he wanted to set free.
