Goddess of Spring, Guardian of the Cycle

Ostara (or Eostre) is an ancient Germanic deity. She does not howl. She does not reign. She does not command.

She accompanies. She awakens. She sings softly within the seeds.

She is:

• the gentle light of the equinox,
• the sap rising in the trees,
• the green shoot piercing through the snow,
• the womb that regains its momentum.

She is the kept promise of nature:

After every death, comes a new beginning.
